HeyClients.io Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HeyClients.io software-as-a-service platform (the “Service”) owned and operated by Lifestyle Rich LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
HeyClients.io is an all-in-one marketing, sales, and automation platform designed to help coaches, creators, and service providers manage and grow their businesses. Features may include, but are not limited to:
* CRM & contact management
* Funnels, websites, and landing pages
* Course portals and communities
* Calendar scheduling
* Email and SMS marketing
* Workflow automation
* Social media scheduling
* Payment processing
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Your subscription plan provides access to the features listed at checkout. Plans are billed as specified during signup (monthly, annually, or otherwise). Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change with notice.
4. Complimentary Credits & Add-On Services
We may offer complimentary monthly credits for use toward add-on services such as SMS, phone calls, or email sends. Unused credits do not roll over. Additional usage beyond your credits will be billed to your account wallet. You are responsible for maintaining a positive wallet balance for add-on services.
Optional add-on services may include:
SMS marketing & phone calls
Premium triggers, actions, and integrations
Email verification services
Domain setup & configuration
5. Account Usage, Cancellation, and Data Retention
5.1 Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account, safeguarding your login credentials, and complying with these Terms.
5.2 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account via your billing settings. Upon cancellation, all account data (including websites, funnels, contacts, and automations) will be permanently deleted within 72 hours and cannot be recovered. Back up all necessary data before canceling.
If you cancel your account mid-billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
5.3 Suspension or Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the Service.
Failed Direct Debit: If there is a failed direct debit or payment attempt for your subscription during an active billing cycle, your account will be deleted at the end of that billing cycle unless the outstanding payment is settled.
5.4 Data Retention
Inactive unpaid accounts will have data retained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
You may request to pause your account for up to 3 months at $10/month, retaining your data without platform access.
In the unlikely event HeyClients.io ceases operations: HeyClients.io is built on a robust enterprise-grade software infrastructure called HighLevel. In the unlikely event that HeyClients.io ceases operations, all active account holders will be provided the option to transition their accounts directly to the base software provider, HighLevel. Upon resuming a subscription with HighLevel, sub-account transfers will be facilitated to prevent data loss or interruption of service. HeyClients.io is committed to providing reasonable notice and assistance in such circumstances to ensure continuity of service wherever possible.
6. Modifications to the Service & Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and modify the Service at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Payment Terms & Taxes
Payments are processed via Stripe or other approved gateways.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled in advance.
All fees exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
We do not offer mid-cycle refunds.
8. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer, all sales are final.
If a refund policy is offered, requests must be made within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the product name and reason. Refund eligibility is at our sole discretion.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal and non-personal information as described below:
Personal Information: Name, email, billing details, contact data, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Non-Personal Information: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and aggregated usage statistics.
Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance your experience and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers necessary to deliver our Services or where legally required.

10. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related data protection laws.

Fair, lawful, and transparent processing.
Collection for specific purposes only.

Secure storage and appropriate retention.
Respect for user rights, including access, rectification, deletion, and data portability.

11. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, it will be deleted.
12. Data Security Measures
We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption, restricted access, secure disposal of data, and monitored systems. However, no method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
13. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Upload or distribute malicious code.
Interfere with the operation of the Service.
14. Restrictions on Content Use, Competitor Access & Account Portability
Your HeyClients.io subscription grants access to proprietary templates, workflows, automations, and resources created exclusively for our customers. These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Due to the unique and proprietary nature of our resources:
We do not permit the transfer or migration of any subaccounts, templates, or configurations from HeyClients.io to other HighLevel network accounts (or vice versa) without our prior written consent.
You may not use HeyClients.io content to create derivative works for use outside the platform.
You may not resell, license, or share HeyClients.io templates or configurations with third parties.
You may not join or access HeyClients.io if you are an owner, employee, or contractor of a competing HighLevel network account without prior written approval.
15. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business revenue, data loss, or third-party claims arising from your use of the Service.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
Loss of income or revenue due to Service downtime.
Loss or corruption of data, even if caused by a data breach or technical error.
Claims by third parties alleging that your use of the Service infringes on their rights.
Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees paid in the month the issue occurred.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifestyle Rich LLC, its affiliates, and staff against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, labour strikes, earthquakes, floods, fires, or governmental restrictions.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in Wyoming courts, unless otherwise required by law.
19. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
