1. Complete the Form Below 🤩
After completing it, we will get on a quick kickoff call so you can securely give us the login information for your current software.
2. Approve, Sit Back and Relax 😍
After the call, a manager will log in and create a Migration Plan. Once you approve it and we receive payment, we will begin moving everything into HeyClients for you.
We aim to complete this step within 7 business days and send you a full video walkthrough.
3. Request Edits 🧐
After reviewing our work, you can request any edits if you notice anything is different from how you imagined.
4. Going Live 🚀
After submitting your requests (if you have any), our team will finish everything within 2 business days and ask for the green light for final steps before... lift-off!
5. VIP Training & Support 🍾
Then... we roll out the red carpet! After going live, you get 7 days of VIP personal training and support to get you fully comfortable with your new business setup.
Any stress you feel about having things in multiple places will be gone once this is complete and you're fully set up on HeyClients.
Also... throughout the entire process, you’ll have a personal Client Happiness Account Manager who will keep you updated every step of the way 🙌
